THERAPY
Therapy offers a space to slow down and understand yourself more fully. Together, we explore emotions, patterns, relationships, experiences, and ways of coping that may be shaping your life in ways you haven't yet recognised.
The work isn't about fixing who you are.
It's about becoming more aware of your thoughts, feelings, needs, and experiences so that you can respond to them with greater clarity and choice.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, overwhelm, grief, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect.
WHEN EVERYTHING
FEELS TOO MUCH
Anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional exhaustion, overthinking, and the pressure of holding everything together.
WHEN RELATIONSHIPS
FEEL DIFFICULT
Conflict, distance, repeating patterns, blurred boundaries, broken trust, and the longing to feel truly seen and understood.
WHEN YOU'RE TRYING TO
UNDERSTAND YOURSELF
Self-doubt, people-pleasing, low self-worth, feeling stuck, and the quiet questions about who you are and what you need.
WHEN LIFE
IS CHANGING
Grief, loss, endings, new beginnings, career shifts, becoming a parent, and finding your footing when the ground moves.
Coaching is a structured process, psychologically informed and based on a collaborative professional relationship. I won’t tell you what your next step should be.
My role is to help you notice what you’re bringing into the rooms, relationships, and decisions that matter most - the instinct to over-explain, the automatic people pleasing, the discomfort with being seen as uncertain, the way you keep proving you deserve the seat you’re already in.
As awareness grows, better options tend to appear on their own. The shift is not about finding the “right” answer. It’s about relating differently to yourself, your work, and the people around you.

Going Through A
Difficult Moment?
Sometimes we don't need answers right away.
We need a pause.
Take a minute to slow down, regulate your breathing, and reconnect with the
present moment.
A small pause can make a big difference.
Journey So Far
We often describe ourselves as "stressed" or "fine" when the experience underneath is far more complex.
Identifying emotions can help us better understand our needs, reactions, and experiences.
Start by naming what you're feeling. Awareness begins there.
Coaching offers a space to slow down, notice what’s actually happening beneath the decision or the conflict, and move forward with more clarity than before. It is a structured process, psychologically informed and based on a collaborative professional relationship.

Coaching, counselling and learning experiences that strengthen leadership, support employee wellbeing, and help teams work more effectively—one conversation, one leader and one team at a time.
Gift
Therapy
A gift that actually makes a difference.
It seems like there's nothing we can do to help our friends out. Well... there is!
What better way to help a friend dealing with mental health issue, than to gift therapy
My Musings
I've never believed people fit neatly into boxes. We hold contradictions, unfinished
stories, certainty and doubt, strength and vulnerability; all at once.
To me, that's simply what it means to be human.
I'm a complex and layered human being, and I suppose you are too. That's probably why I'm drawn to this work.
My path here has been anything but linear. I have an MA in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and an MBA, but I'm still, more than anything else, a student of life. You'll usually find me with a backpack on a hiking trail or several books open at once.
I also happen to be a serial phone-loser, an occasional flight misser and someone who's still figuring out plenty in her own life, while helping people make sense of the big stuff. There's something grounding about remembering that expertise doesn't make us less human.
I'm deeply committed to my craft and equally committed to never being finished learning. Every client, every conversation and every experience continue to shape me as much as the books, trainings and teachers I've been fortunate to learn from.
I'm a therapist and coach by profession and I like the process of helping people meet themselves.
