Therapy

There is more to therapy than illness

Therapy is for the parts of life we have learned to live with. Our loved ones may at times struggle in ways they have learnt to live around. It may show up in the kinds of relationships they choose or the work that they cannot seem to leave or in the sarcasm, distance and constant busyness that have become part of how they move through life.

Sometimes people around us become so accustomed to carrying everything that they forget there could be another way.

Real Stories

Surgeon in scrubs in an operating theatre

I came in during a phase where I was having panic before surgeries, something I had never experienced before in my career as a surgeon. It was unsettling and affected my sleep and confidence. At the same time, I was dealing with the loss of both my parents, and I don’t think I fully understood how much I was carrying. Read More.

Caring Is Noticing What
Someone Else Cannot Yet See.

You may have a friend who has been struggling for a while. A partner who seems weighed down. Someone you love who keeps saying they are fine, while you can sense that something is asking for their attention. You cannot walk their path for them. But you can let them know that you see them, you care, and there is a space they can turn to when they are ready.

Gifting therapy is a way of offering that care. It is a gentle invitation to pause, reflect and make some room for themselves. Giving someone this space is a way of saying, ‘You matter to me, and I want life to feel good for you’.

You Gift The Doorway.
They Choose The Path.

A Gift of therapy is an invitation, not a promise. You don’t gift someone the entire journey. You offer them a place they can step into when they are ready, with the freedom to explore in their own way.

They may step in and find they are not ready. And that is perfectly okay.

Or they may step in and feel that something has finally begun to make sense.

Therapy is a space to begin that exploration. Becoming aware of who you are, what you need and what do you want to do with the life that you have.

How it Works

Choose the gift

Get in touch with us to choose one, three or five conversations.

Make the gift

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a printable gift card. Fold it along the marked lines and it becomes its own little envelope, ready to give.

Let them choose when they’re ready

The recipient can use their unique code to get in touch and schedule their first conversation within three months of purchase. (For three- and five-conversation gifts, the remaining conversations need to be completed within five and seven months respectively.)

If they aren’t ready

Sometimes, a gift arrives before someone is ready to receive it. If they choose not to use it, you can gift it forward to someone else, once, within the original validity period.

A little space, given with care.

FAQs

You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.
People come to therapy for many reasons e.g feeling anxious or overwhelmed, struggling in relationships, navigating life transitions, experiencing burnout, or simply wanting to understand themselves better. The first session is a gentle, collaborative conversation where we explore what brought you here, your current challenges, and what you hope to achieve. There is no pressure to share everything immediately; we go at your own pace.

Our methodology blends Gestalt therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), systemic thinking, and trauma-informed somatic awareness, emphasizing presence, depth, and genuine connection.
